Products

Many items shown here are handmade/baked individually and to order. Slight variations in appearance, size, or decoration between the photo and the item you receive are normal and not a defect.

Pricing & availability

Prices and stock are pulled live from our Square catalog and may change without notice. Listing an item for sale isn't a guarantee of availability — in rare cases an item sold in person may sell out before the site catches up, in which case we'll contact you and issue a full refund.

Payment

All payments are processed securely by Square. Completing checkout authorizes Square to charge your payment method for the order total, including any applicable shipping fee.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated per item category at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary with USPS service levels.

Limitation of liability

Shan's Sugar Shack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
